Asia & Screw Factory, established and registered in Hong Kong since 1975, is specialized in manufacturing varieties of screws. Having been operating for twenty years, we are experienced and skillful in the screw industry. This helps us to serve our both local and overseas clients, ranging from toy manufacturers to furniture manufacturers.

In pace with the economic development of Mainland China, we registered as Asia & Screw Manufactory Ltd. In 1993, our production lines has moved and started in China as well in the same year. Thanks to the business expansions, in 1996 we moved to Huang Jiang, Dongguan and built up our own plants with around 5000m2.

Due to the different requirements of any product itself, we are delighted to discuss with our clients the product specification, so as to have the best effect of the screws.

Quality is our most emphasis; from choosing materials, shaping the screw head, rolling screw body, plating and even packaging, we have strict quality control on each process. In early 2001, we started to implement the ISO9001 quality control system. Everyone of us has made an effort to gain the ISO9001:2000 quality control certificate, which is granted to us by BSI in December, 2001.
